The magnificent finale of Miss Colombia 2015 concluded with the crowning of Andrea Tovar Velásquez as the winner. Andrea was crowned Miss Colombia 2015 and the beauty will now represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. She succeeds Ariadna María Gutiérrez Arévalo from Sucre, who will represent Colombia at the coming Miss Universe pageant. This is the second time that Choco had made it to the crown of Miss Colombia.
22 years old Andrea stands tall at a towering height of 179 cm and has pursued her studies in Industrial Design from the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota. Her exotic face and breathtaking figure were her added factors that made her win the coveted crown of Miss Colombia 2015. The judges for the night consisted of Ana Gabriela Delgado, Mayela Camacho, José Slim and Stefan Regez.
At the same event, Daniela Herrera Avendano was crowned Miss International Colombia 2015. Daniela will represent Colombia at the Miss International 2016 pageant. Daniela Herrera Avendano is the quintessential Senorita beauty. The lady is currently in her fourth semester of Social Communication and Journalism at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Bucaramanga. Her life revolves around her modelling career and her family.
In addition to announcing the winners, Alejandra Ochoa López was adjudged the first runner-up, María Camila Soleibe Alarcón was titled second runner-up and Carmen Alomía Pardo finished as the third runner-up.
