As recently reported by the Portuguese edition of Radio France Internationale (RFI), the Miss Universe 2015 pageant will be hosted at the tiny African nation of Sao Tome and Principe. The Miss Universe 2015 pageant, which is assumed to be held between late November and early December, might now travel all the way to Africa for its edition for the year 2015. However, nothing has been officially confirmed by the Miss Universe Organisation.
Not just the host country, what is still confusing is, whether the Miss Universe 2015 pageant will be held this year or next year, given that the 2014 pageant was organised earlier this year. According to rumours, China and Colombia also contested their bid to host the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. However, recently following the Donald Trump controversy, Colombia backed out from its bid. With the announcement about the hosting countries for all other major pageants, it will be interesting to know which country is going to host the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, if not Sao Tome and Principe, as rumoured.
