Miss Universe Malaysia 2018 finale is scheduled to be held on 24th January 2018, and the reigning Miss Universe Malaysia, Samantha Katie James, will crown her successor at the conclusion of the finale as Miss Universe Malaysia 2018 and the winner will represent Malaysia in Miss Universe 2018.
Initially, 50 candidates were shortlisted as semi-finalists after nation-wide auditions, and the list was subsequently pruned to 18 finalists who will now compete in the finale.
