Miss Suomi : Info

Miss Suoumi aka Miss Finland is the annual beauty pageant of Finland that crowns its representatives to Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss International.

Held for the first time in 1931, Miss Suomi was incepted to send a winner to Miss Universe. Between 1952 to 1955, the winner of Suomen Neito went to Miss Universe where Armi Kuusela was crowned as the first Miss Universe.

In some years, an appointed candidate represented her country to Miss World or Miss International.
