Miss World Guam is an annual national pageant of Guam held since 2011. Before creation of Miss World Guam, the First Runner-up of Miss Guam used to represent Guam at Miss World. Since 2011, the winner of Miss World Guam represents Guam at Miss World.

Miss World Guam 2016 was won by Phoebe Denight Palisoc. She will represent Guam at the Miss World 2016 beauty pageant, expected to be held in December 2016.
