Miss Lithuania (or Mis Lietuva) is the annual national beauty pageant of Lithuania organized since 1988, which selects representatives from Lithuania to Miss World international pageant. Since 2012, the organization also acquired rights for Miss Universe pageant, and started sending the first runner-up of Miss Lithuania to Miss Universe.

Lithuania is yet to win any Miss World or Miss Universe title, though the girls from Lithuania have won several special awards at these international pageants.

Miss Lithuania 2013 pageant was held on August 15' 2013, when Ruta Elžbieta Mazureviciute was crowned the winner and Simona Burbaite was the first runner-up. The former represented Lithuania at Miss World 2013 pageant held in Bali, Indonesia on September 28' 2013, while the latter represented Lithuania at Miss Universe 2013 pageant held in Moscow, Russia on November 9' 2013.

Miss Lithuania 2014 is scheduled for September 21' 2014.
