Miss Ukraine Universe is a beauty pageant that originated in the year 2006, after the Miss Ukraine Organization lost the franchise to OleksandraNikolayenko. The winner of the pageant represents Ukraine at the Miss Universe contest.

Traditionally, Ukraine was represented at Miss Universe by the winner or Runner-up of the Miss Ukraine pageant.

OleksandraNikolayenko was invited by Donald Trump to Judge the Miss Universe 2005 pageant. Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005 was invited by Oleksandra to visit Ukraine to promote Miss Ukraine Universe contest in 2006. The first edition of the contest was won by Inna Tsymbalyuk.

The main goal of Miss Ukraine Universe is to find the best girl who could become the face of Ukraine. The pageant aims at bringing forth a representative who can create positive image about the country in the world.

Miss Universe 2014, the 63rd edition Miss Universe pageant, was held on 25 January 2015 at the FIU Arena of Florida International University in Doral, Florida, USA. Diana Harkusha from Ukraine represented Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Diana was adjudged as the second runner-up.

Miss Ukraine Universe 2015 is scheduled to be held on October 18’ 2015, with 14 contestants competing for the coveted title. Only one will be crowned as the Miss Ukraine Universe 2015 and will get a chance to represent Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.
