Miss World 2019, the 69th edition of the Miss World pageant was held on 14th December 2019 at ExCeL London in London, United Kingdom. Vanessa Ponce de Leon of Mexico Miss World 2018 crowned Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica her successor at the end of the event finale. Ophely Mezino of France and Suman Rao of India were adjudged the first and second runners-up respectively.

ExCeL (Exhibition Centre London) is an exhibition and international convention Centre in Custom House area of Canning Town, East London. It is the largest and most versatile venue in London, with an impressive 100,000 square kilometers of multipurpose space.
Hosts and Performers
Singing sensations Lulu and Peter Andre performed at Miss World 2019 final in London. Lulu is one of Britain’s’ most celebrated singers with an internationally renowned voice. She will be closing the highly anticipated Miss World final show performing “Shout” whereas Peter Andre also named as presenters is set to get among this year’s contestants with his performance with ‘Mysterious Girl’. For the fourth consecutive year, Mexican singer-actor Fernando Allende will be the official host of the Spanish language telecast.
Schedule of Events
The opening ceremony of Miss World 2019 will be held in London and every delegate will then compete in a series of fast track events which will help in strengthening their position in the top 30. These events include Multimedia, Sports, Talent, Top Model, Head to Head Challenge and Beauty with A Purpose.
“A Beauty with a Purpose” is global humanitarian program is at the heart Miss World. This global platform inspires and empowers thousands of young women from around the world too use their talents to raise awareness and funds in aid of humanitarian causes that make real and lasting tangible difference to the poor, sick and disadvantaged.
