The Reinado Internacional del Café is one of the oldest international beauty pageants, also known as, International Queen of Coffee (in English). Initially launched as the Reinado Continental del Café, (Continental Queen of Coffee) in 1957, it later changed its name in 1972. The idea behind the change in name was to allow the participation of candidates from countries of America and other continents. Every year, the pageant is commenced in Manizales, Colombia, in the months of January. The contest is held during the Feria de Manizales, organized by Instituto de Culturay Turismo de Manizales annually. The number of contestants participating every year touches an approximate of 20 or even more than that.  Yuri Uchid (25) from Japan was crowned Miss International Coffee Queen 2015. She won the title of Miss Reinado Internacional Del Café in the year 2015 on January 10' 2015. She will be passing on the desired title to her successor on the night of the event.

The Reinado Internacional del Café 2015 was held on 10th January 2015, at Teatro Los Fundadores in Manizales Colombia. At the end of the event, Priscilla Durand, Reina Internacional del Café 2014, from Brazil esteemed the winner with the prestigious crown. A total of 24 delegates competed for the crown from across the continents. Among the contestants, there were a few who have previously exhibited their talent and mesmerized the world with their beauty in various other pageants. For Instance, participants from Bolivia, Eloísa Gutiérrez, had previously participated in Miss Earth 2014 beauty pageant. There were also some candidates who were involved in various International Beauty Pageants; for instance Stefanía de Jesús Alemán from Nicaragua participated at Miss World 2015.

During the fortunate ceremony, there were a string of other Special Awards as well. 2015 Queen of Carabineros, Best Legs, and Best Face etc are few of the Awards from the List. To watch the hot Ladies compete for the title of Coffee Queen was a treat to the viewers’ eyes.
