At the splendid finale of Miss Universe Ghana 2015 held on August 29’ 2015, Hilda Akua was crowned as the winner. Hilda will now represent Ghana at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. This is not Hilda’s first time at a beauty pageant and the woman has had her share of experience in this field. Hilda was crowned Miss Ghana USA in 2012 and was the second runner-up at Miss Africa USA in 2014.
Akua describes herself as a humanitarian and a philanthropist. Her life goal is to become an official diplomat to educate the world on prevalent issues that affect societies worldwide. She currently works in the Inside Sales Development department with Thomson Reuters. During her reign as Miss Ghana USA, Hilda represented Ghana in the Miss Globe International pageant in Jamaica. This experience of her helped her gather more confidence for the Miss Universe Ghana 2015 pageant.
In 2012, Hilda was diagnosed with scoliosis which triggered her to earn more about its prevention and treatment. And this became her mission to spread more awareness about it. Hilda holds a vivacious and charming personality, and looks like a promising contender for the Miss Universe 2015. What do you tthink?
