03 Feb 2021 | Ana Walia

Miss Grand Cuba appointed Jennifer Sánchez Aguilar as the new Miss Grand Cuba 2020 and she will represent Cuba at Miss Grand International 2020 scheduled to take place on 27th March 2021 in Thailand. She has replaced Geysel Vaillant for the title and is excited to step up as the new Miss Grand Cuba 2020.

The organization released a press release which mentioned that Geysel was originally schedule to depart to Cuba as she lives in New York on 27th January 2021 with a purpose to renew her passport, submit her VISA for Thailand, filming and photoshoot for Miss Grand International but she was tested positive for COVID19 and was quarantined according to the government’s instructions. The diva’s trip was postponed to 2nd February 2021 and was tested negative for Covid19 as well but since she has lost a week of the preparation, she and the organization feels that she will not have enough time to process all her travel documents that are required to travel to Thailand as all the delegates have to arrive in Thailand by 28th February 2021.
