Best red carpet looks at the 93rd Academy Awards

26 Apr 2021 | Ana Walia

The 93rd Academy Awards were held a little bit differently this year due to the ongoing Covid-19 as the award ceremony was held across two venues in Hollywood, the Dolby Theatre and downtown Los Angeles' historic Union Station.

The Academy Awards red carpet has witnessed some of the most glamorous and head-turning outfits along with some of the most not-so-flattering ensembles as well in the past. The 2021 edition of the Oscars was nothing less than a star-studded affair with stars walking on the red carpet in their best outfit with maintaining social distancing and showcasing the brilliant work the designers and the makeup artist had put up with. Even though everyone looked gorgeous while they paraded at the red carpet, we’ve selected some of the red carpet looks that we believe stood out from everyone.

Let’s look at the best dressed Hollywood stars on the red carpet of the 93rd Academy Awards:

Zendaya in Valentino

Actress Zendaya surely knows how to make a statement on the red carpet and her stunning-looking yellow Valentino gown was one of the head turners at the Oscars 2021. She paired her gorgeous strapless gown with a unique cut-out below the bust with 183.3 carats Bulgari jewels worth $6 million. Zendaya kept her makeup on the minimum side and let her hair fall naturally.

Amanda Seyfried in Giorgio Armani

Amanda Seyfried slayed the 93rd Academy Awards’ red carpet as she appeared in a red-hot Giorgio Armani Prive Tulle Gown. The dress was made of plissé tulle and had multiple ruffles at the neckline. She wore a red lip with it and decided to pull her hair into a low bun with classic finger ways and accessorized the entire look with Forevermark yellow diamond drop earrings and Stuart Weitzman heels. At the Oscars pre-show, she mentioned, "I really can't believe we're around people right now. It's like the Twilight Zone. In a good way."
