The grand finale of Miss Universe Peru 2018 was held on 29th October 2017 at the Municipal Theater in Lima. The conclusion of the event saw the crowning of the very beautiful and sophisticated Romina Lozano Saldana from Peroe. She is now representing Peru in Mis Universe 2018.
21-year-old Romina is bilingual with the ability to speak fluently in Spanish and Portuguese. She is really an inspirational woman as she became independent at the age of 18 years and moved to Lima on her own. She felt that her hometown had a lack of resources and opportunities, due to which she was not able to use her abilities completely.
This 178 cm tall Peruvian worked four different jobs to maintain a respectable lifestyle. After winning its Peroe, she went around the entire city to inspire women to raise their voice against violence and take action. Her aim is to help those in need and promote a society where men and women can be seen as equal.
Romina bested twenty-seven other delegates from all over Peru during the finale and at the conclusion of the event, she was crowned by Miss Universe Peru 2017 Priscila Stephany Howard who represented Peru in Miss Universe 2017 but was unable to make a mark in the finale.
Her passion for everything that she does and her dedication towards it makes her a stellar human being, which is why she is one of Angelopedia’s Top 20 delegates this year for the title of Miss Universe 2018.
