The President of Miss Tourism organization appointed Bea Theresa Maynigo as Miss Tourism Philippines 2021 as she will now represent her country at the upcoming Miss Tourism World Final to be held later this year in Antalya, Turkey with more than 100 candidates. It was originally scheduled to happen on May 03-23, 2021 but due to COVID-19 it was postponed.

From Calasiao, Pangasinan, Bea has studied at Saint Louis University. She is also former Ambassadress of Goodwill at National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants. Bea is known as a queen in the beauty world who has been to 10 pageants, out of which she held victorious in 9 and took home the crowns.

Miss Tourism 2021 will not be Bea’s first stint at a tourism pageant; the stunning beauty represented Philippines at Miss Tourism Global 2018 in Chine where she was adjudged as the first runner-up at the end of the event finale. She also holds the title of Miss Magic 2018. After her stint at Miss Tourism Global 2018, Bea was the official representative of Baguio city at Miss Universe Philippines 2020.

Bea also took to her official social media to reveal her emotions in a post captioned, “ISA PA! Bea Theresa Maynigo, PILIPINAS! Appointed by the President of @misstourism2021 to represent the Philippines. (December 20, 2020).” Bea will definitely be a strong contender at the international pageant with her experience and strong character traits.
