The winners were Bb. #16 Oriental Mindoro – Myrea Manely Caccam, Bb. #23 Quezon – Joyce Ann Garduque, Bb. #24 Kalayaan – Monica Acuno, Bb. #31 Cavite – Zianah Joy Famy, and Bb. #40 Abra – Myrna Esguerra.
