Just like tradition, Binibining Pilipinas 2018 finale on March 18, 2018, was held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines. Amongst the glitz and glamour of the unforgettable night, Binibini 31 Jehza Mae Huelar emerged as the winner of Miss Supranational Philippines 2018. She was crowned by her predecessor Chanel Olive Thomas, Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2017.
Jehza Huelar is 21 years of age and stands tall at 173 cm. She has been the 2nd runner-up of Binibining Pilipinas 2016. She was an ambassador of Maharlika Sports in Davao City. She made constant efforts in taking part in the activities of the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP). Now she is the ambassador of FAP Mindanao Chapter. They encourage children and youth to share their stories through films.

The finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2018 started with the introduction of the 40 contestants. All the delegates took the stage to introduce themselves to the audience. Dressed up in glittery cocktail dresses, the girls looked gorgeous.
At the same event, Binibini 20 Catriona Gray was crowned Bb Pilipinas 2018 and will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2018. Binibini 32 Karen Juanita Gallman was crowned Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2018 and will represent the Philippines at Miss Intercontinental 2018. Binibini 32 Eva Psychee Patalinjug was crowned Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2018 and will now represent the Philippines at the Miss Grand 2018. Binibini 17 Maria Ahtisa Manalo was crowned Bb Pilipinas International 2018 and will now represent the Philippines at the Miss International 2018. While Binibini 19 Michelle Gumabao was crowned Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2018, she will now represent her country at the Miss Globe 2018 pageant.
Vickie Marie Milagrosa Rushton was the first runner-up at the event, and Samantha Bernardo was named the second runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas 2018.
