The 56th edition of Binibining Pilipinas national pageant i.e. Binibining Pilipinas 2019 is slated to take place on 09th June 2019. All the contestants are filled with their determination and passion to compete against each other in the national pageant. The gorgeous contestants of Binibining Pilipinas 2019 have also shared their advocacies with the general public through social media.

Hannah Consencino Arnold who is considered to be one of the favourite contestants of Binibining Pilipinas 2019 pageant has shared her rationale and reason behind joining the Binibining Pilipinas pageant which apparently goes with the theme of the competition itself i.e. “Beyond Beauty”.

Hannah who is half Filipino and half Australian recently took to her social media and responded to the perpetual question which she had been getting ever since she joined the pageant. Many people were curious to know as to why Hannah who is a graduate of Applied Science in Forensic Studies wanted to be a part of a beauty pageant.

The 23-year-old responded, “I joined because of the values BPCI stands for and the empowering platform it gives us candidates. We go #BeyondBeauty because we can be role models for all generations and communities, we get to voice and strengthen our advocacies and we become very involved with local charities. I can truthfully say that the advocacies of all candidates begin from deep within our hearts and go beyond our one-minute videos online.”

She further explained that as a graduate of Applied Science in Forensic Studies she hoped to one day be the individual to show up at a crime scene, becoming the voice for the voiceless. But that was not enough for her as she wanted to prevent such crimes from occurring. To tackle this problem, Hannah in her advocacy has laid emphasis on education and donating school supplies to children so that their minds stay occupied in constructive work and their education becomes an instrument of their moral and social development.

The gorgeous mixed-race beauty is extremely aware of the social responsibility that she has as a Binibining Pilipinas contestant and through Binibining Pilipinas platform she can definitely become an instrument of positive change.
