The Binibining Pilipinas Organization has officially confirmed Top 40 delegates who will compete in the 56th edition of Binibining Pilipinas and Larah Grace Lacap is one of them who has been allotted Binibini No. 23. She is 25 years of age and hails from Quezon City, Philippines.

This scintillating beauty has made a comeback in Binibining Pilipinas 2019 journey. She has obtained a Tourism Management degree from San Sebastian College and later she pursued a Masters in Tourism Development and Management at University of the Philippines. The young diva is a model by profession but works as a Sales and Marketing officer in a luxury resort in Palawan.

This glamorous beauty never lacks behind in showcasing her talent whenever she gets a chance. Larah can connote the term Globetrotter perfectly as she loves travelling and has travelled to various places.
