The national pageant of Binibining Pilipinas 2020 has begun with full swing as the contestants are engaging in various events and activities to prepare for their national stint as the grand coronation night will be held on 26th April 2020. But before that, the contestants will fight to maintain a strong foothold in the competition because the pre-finale competitions matter as much as the finale when it comes to judging the competition by the accomplished panel of jury.
With the preparations of the finale event going in full swing, the delegates enjoyed a day off from the pre-pageant activities at the Art in Island Interactive Art Museum in Quezon City. The beautiful delegates bonded with the 20 children and made their day.
The organization of Binibining Pilipina partnered with Operation Smile Philippines which gave an opportunity to the delegates to bring smile on the faces of the children who underwent cleft lip and palate repair surgeries. Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. has been supporting the endeavors of Operation Smile Philippines since 2011.
The gorgeous divas who have been preparing hard for the title and performing exceedingly well at the pre-pageant activities utilized their day off to do something special and helpful for the children. They spent the morning touring the kids in larger-than-life 3D artworks. The kids were in awe and excited as they were joined by the Binibinis in a free museum tour. Everyone gamely snapped photos and wandered at the interactive picture-worthy displays of the museum.
Some of the Binibins took their social media accounts to share their experience with everyone and how much they’re blessed and honored to be a part of Binibining Pilipina Organization who gave them the opportunity to make someone smile.
Binibini No. 25 Carina G. Cariño shared, “Seeing a child smile feels like a ray of sunshine dropped from the heavens and that’s why yesterday’s Binibining Pilipina activity made me feel so blessed for an opportunity to make our munting prinsesa, Sarah, smile. Sarah is one of the kids from Operation Smile, an organization helping kids who need cleft lip or cleft palate care. Thanks Art Island for the immersive art experience! Sarah and I had so much fun taking pictures and exploring.”
Binibini No. 21 Hannah Arnold shared, “‘What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to Humanity.” Thank you Binibining Pilipina and Operation Smile Philippines for introducing James to Ruth and I. We had so much fun yesterday and we are so happy to see him smiling!!!!”

Binibining Pilipinas 2020, the 57th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, will be held in April at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. The pageant will award four titles to Philippine representatives to four major international beauty pageants which are Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2020, Binibining Pilipinas International 2020, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2020, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2020 and Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2020.
