Binibining Pilipinas Organization unveiled the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the national title. Karen Laurrie Mendoza Binibini No. 18, secured her rightful spot in the Top 40 of Binibining Pilipinas 2020 along with other Filipina beauties.

Karen is 24 years of age, hailing from the city of Iloilo in Philippines. The diva is no new to pageantry as she was earlier crowned as Miss Iloilo 2020 and now, she will represent the state at Binibining Pilipinas 2020. She was also awarded as Supermodel Philippines in year 2019.

“Miss Iloilo radiates genuine heartfelt beauty. We are not only beauty here on stage but also with a purpose. We can create small effects (but with) positive ripples of change. We are not only wearing a crown in our head but also with our heart,” Mendoza said when asked of how the crowns of Miss Iloilo 2020 promote Iloilo in the global community.

According to Mendoza, her advocacy will be related to the mental health issues and the people who struggle with it. she says, “Show someone who are struggling from mental illness that life is wonderful. Let’s assure them that they can do it, and they don’t have to do it alone.”

The diva definitely be a strong contender as she performed really well in the state level, so we are sure that she will surely leave a noteworthy mark in the national pageant. The beauty is just exquisite for the title as she is beautiful, talented, eloquent and well-versed with her goal which is to win Binibining Pilipinas 2020.

Binibining Pilipinas 2020, the 57th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. The pageant will award four titles to Philippine representatives to four major international beauty pageants which are Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2020, Binibining Pilipinas International 2020, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2020, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2020 and Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2020.
