Binibining Pilipinas 2020, the 57th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. The pageant will award four titles to Philippine representatives to four major international beauty pageants which are Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2020, Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental and Binibining Pilipinas Globe.

While the 2020 edition is yet to official begin, we have begun to prepare our wishlist for Binibining Pilipinas 2020 as we have selected noteworthy beauties who we think should either give another try or just begin their journey through this national pageant.

Tyra Goldman is one of the delegates added in our Wishlist, who, according to us, is an ideal choice for the title. The diva is not new to pageantry world as she was crowned Mutya Pilipinas - Tourism International 2019 at the grand coronation night of Mutya Pilipinas 2019 held on 18th August 2019. Tyra represented Nevada at the national contest. With her incredible performance and gorgeous beauty, the Filipina will surely be a strong contender if she participates in this year’s Binibini Pilipinas competition. The 18-year-old beauty was also the winner of the special award of Miss EB Advance in the same. Though after Tyra Goldman was rejected for having dual citizenship, the diva had to leave the title and the sash in the hands of Mutya Pilipinas 1st runner-up Cyrille Payumo, who then competed in the international competition of Miss Tourism International 2019 and ended up winning the crown.

It was the time when Tyra actually won everyone’s heart at the end finale, when she answered a question with her diligence. She was asked by pageant emcee and matinee idol Matteo Guidicelli, who quoted, “There is a saying, ‘the best man for the job is a woman’. If this is so, then what should be the best job for a woman?” Tyra’s answer was remarkable as she said, “A woman is capable of anything she puts her mind to. No matter what anyone says, she can do whatever she believes. Like my mother tells me, ‘you can do anything you want in this world.’ Thank you.”

Goldman and her supportive family (parents Steve Goldman and Melcah Villamor Florito Goldman and brother Trevor Goldman), hail from Las Vegas. But Tyra, who was born in Massachussets, has since resettled to Cebu City and is studying at the Velez College.

The diva’s strong mindedness and her way of intellectually answering the questions thrown at her is the best quality she has in her. The diva, with her mesmerizing beauty has a great personality which can also be an added point for her to perform her best in the Binibini Pilipinas pageant. 

It’s now a high chance for Tyra to compete in the national competition and give her best while representing Philippines there.
