Cassandra Karikari was crowned Miss Galaxy Ghana 2015 at the conclusion of the first edition of the Miss Galaxy Ghana pageant, held on 19 December 2015 at the auditorium of the Zenith University College in Accra, Ghana. She defeated 17 others girls to win the coveted crown.

At the same event, Ewurama Barbara McCarthy was adjudged as the first runner up, while Kafui Ahadzi was titled second runner-up. 

The winner also won a MAZDA saloon car and cash, the contestants have been through different tasks such as talent show, individual presentations, dance among others for judges to select a deserving winner.

Apart from the ladies outdoing each other, the event was laced with music and dance performances from Atom of Ye Wo Krom fame, Luther, Kobi Rana, Capasta, AJ, Dem Tinz and DJ Young.

Miss Galaxy Ghana is an environmental focus pageant that empowers young ladies to become influential actors in the fight against poor environmental practices in Ghana.
