At the culmination of the scintillating gala coronation night of Slimmers World International Miss Bikini Philippines 2016 held on May 20’ 2016 at Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila in Pasay City, Philippines, Christine Opiaza was crowned Miss Bikini Philippines 2016.
At the same event, Regine Lareta Anillo was titled as the first runner-up and Ivy Tanquezon Tapic was titled Second Runner-up.
Like every year, the Miss Bikini Philippines 2016 pageant was also organized by the Slimmers World International, the leader in Slimming, Health, Fitness and Beauty. Miss Bikini Philippines Pageant promotes the healthy, fit and beautiful lifestyle among Filipinos, focusing mainly on the young generation.

The reigning Miss Bikini Philippines, Maria Fatima Alsowyed who is also known as Tim Alsowyed passed her crown and reign to her successor as Miss Bikini Philippines 2016.
Christine Opiaza also won a series of Special Awards such as Best in Creative Posing and Miss Personality.
The pageant saw a total number of thirty (30) finalists walking down the stage wearing magnificent evening gowns and Filipino ternos and chic swimwears. It will be safe to say that it was a glamorous affair to see the dazzling aspirants strutting their stuff at the gala stage.
