23 years old Claire Parker hailing from Oatlands,Tasmania has been announced as Australia’s representative for Miss Grand International 2015 pageant. Miss Grand International 2015 pageant is scheduled to be held on October 25’ 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Claire is a former Miss Teen Australia titleholder and also been a participant at the Miss Universe Australia for 2011 and 2015. She is an aspiring actress and her dream role is to appear on Hit Australian TV Series Home and Away. Her inspiration to join pageantry was after Jennifer Hawkins from Australia won the Miss Universe 2004. Claire is a volunteer with rescue a cat project and has an inclination towards music. She likes playing guitar, harp and piano. Claire spent most of her time last year in Japan, completing her modelling assignments.
Ever since its inception in the year 2013, Australia has managed to place in the top 5 finalists in both the edition of Miss Grand International. Kelly Maguire in the year 2013 was adjudged as the fourth runner-up and Renera Thompson was placed as the third runner-up in the year 2014.
