After every beauty pageant, comes a season of crowning and then comes a season of controversies and dethronement. And now is the season of the latter. As per the latest reports, Miss Earth Fire 2016 (Miss Earth 2016 third runner-up) is now Corrin Stellakis of USA.
Corrin is now part of the Miss Earth 2016 court, as she replaced Bruna Zanardo of Brazil. If reports are to be believed, Bruna is now joining the Miss Universe-Brazil 2017 pageant. To compete in another pageant, the winner has to relinquish the existing title. According to sources, Bruna resigned from the elemental title because she will try her luck at Miss Brasil 2017.
Bruna is not new to the world of pageants, and had also been a contestant at Miss Intercontinental Brasil 2016, where she was adjudged as a Top 10 finalist. Her modelling experience is vast as the beauty has worked for various brands. Bruna has travelled to different cities and countries for modelling, including Miami, Milan, Paris and Germany. The young Brazilian beauty has also conducted photographic campaigns for brands such as Carmine, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Gregory and others.
On the other hand, Corrin Stellakis had worked a great deal for the environment during the pageant. She is also not a newbie in the pageant, and was crowned Miss Junior Oz in 2012. She won the pageant that gave her confidence to further advance her competitiveness in the pageantry world. This was when she realized that she has the potential to continue her experience and journey to excel in the world of pageantry. Corrin also represented New York for Miss Teen 2014 national beauty pageant, but she went unplaced during that competition.
