At the conclusion of the finals of Miss Atlántico Internacional 2016 held on February 18’ 2016, Elena Delicado from Spain has been crowned as the winner. At the same event, Constanza Moltini from Argentina was titled first runner-up and Wanda Escalera from Uruguay was adjudged second runner-up.

The 18 years old beauty queen is a medical student in Spain. She is not new to the world of pageantry, as she has previously won Reina Belleza Ciudad Real, Reina Belleza Castilla La Mancha, and was also the second finalist at Reina Belleza España this year.

In addition to announcing the winners, there were a series of Special Awards that were awarded to the following contestants -

Best National Costume – María José Otavalo (Ecuador)

Best Fantasy Costume – Tatiana Bernard (Panamá)

Miss Photogenic – Alejandra García (Mexico)

Miss Internet (Public Choice) –Beatriz Oliveira (Brasil)
