Emilie Secret, the reigning Miss Picardie Prestige was crowned Miss Prestige National 2016 by Margaux Deroy, Miss Prestige National 2015, during the fifth consecutive edition of the pageant held on January 16’ 2016 at the Paradis des Sources in Soultzmatt , Alsace.

The 23-year-old beauty from Saint-Quentin is a student of master of communication, and head of a business event. “It is a true happiness, it is a dream come true,” she told after her coronation, hoping to capitalize on her award to support her business.

The girl defeated 29 other candidates to clinch the coveted crown. The pageant was hosted by Olivier Minne, and it was broadcast live on 17 regional channels on DTT and internet.

At the same event, Sarah Aoutar of Lorraine was adjudged the first runner up, Téanie Jacquet of Alsace was titled the second runner up, Annie Vandeweghe of Flandre Artois bagged the title of third runner up and Prescilla Sandenon of Reunion finished as fourth runner up.

The Miss Prestige National is a French feminine beauty contest which was first created in the year 2010 by Miss Nationale (Genevieve de Fontenay).
