The 2017 edition of Miss Earth Bosnia Herzegovina is here and the finale is scheduled to be held in September. Miss Earth Bosnia & Herzegovina aka Miss Earth BiH is an annual national pageant responsible for selecting the representative of Bosnia & Herzegovina for Miss Earth pageant. Bosnia & Herzegovina made its debut at the Miss Earth pageant in the year 2002, and even ended up winning the crown.

The contestants of Miss Earth BiH 2017 are busy with their Preliminary Activities. During one of the events held recently, the girls participated in a fashion show that helped the contestants showcase their grace and glamour in front of the audience. The contestants walked the ramp in swimsuits as well as casual outfits designed by renowned designer Tuzle Svjetlana Vukovic Ceca. The night turned musical with performance by famous singers Irme Ilic i Lukijana Ivanovica.

At the same event, the girls also had to introduce themselves and talk about their likes dislikes journey etc. Jelena Karagic from Banjaluke was awarded Miss Fashion Show and Magdalena Lubura of East Sarajeva was awarded the title of Miss Talk Show.

There are more events lined up for the contestants including the Talent Show, which is scheduled to be held on 30th June 2017. The gala finale of Miss Earth Bosnia and Herzegovina 2017 is scheduled to be held in September, and the winner will represent the country at the Miss Earth 2017 pageant.

The reigning Miss Earth Bosnia and Herzegovina is Ivani Perišic. Ivana competed at Miss Earth 2016 pageant, but remained unplaced. Perišic is a student at the Faculty of Medicine in Banjaluke and battled out 15 other finalists to clinch the title of Miss Earth Bosnia Herzegovina 2016.
