Fachalin Chounlamounty crowned Miss Earth Laos 2024

Fachalin Chounlamounty was crowned Miss Earth Laos 2024 on July 19. The prestigious pageant, held in Vientiane, saw contestants from across the nation compete for the coveted title, but it was Fachalin, representing the province of Bolikhamxay, who emerged victorious.

At 24 years old and standing 170 cm tall, Fachalin captivated the audience and judges alike with her grace, intelligence, and commitment to environmental issues. Fachalin's passion for the environment and her advocacy for sustainable living resonated deeply with the judges. "Winning this title is not just a personal achievement," she said in her acceptance speech. "It’s an opportunity to raise awareness about the pressing environmental issues we face and to inspire action for a greener, more sustainable future for Laos."

The competition was fierce, with a talented group of candidates vying for the top spot. The top 4 finalists included MEL 04: Faijarin Chunlamoontri, MEL 11: Malisa Gomphasuk, MEL 12: Phuthason Phunvilay, and MEL 16: Maneejan Sunanthavong.
