After much hyped to be or not to be, Jamillette Gaxiola herself confirmed that Cuba will return to the Miss Universe pageant after 48 years. 26 years old Jamillette Gaxiola has been appointed as the Miss Universe Cuba 2015. She will now represent Cuba at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. Jamillette is not someone who is new to the glitz and glamour of beauty pageants. She has previously competed at the Miss Earth 2009 pageant and at Miss Grand International 2013 as well, where she made it to the Top 10 finalists.
She was also selected to represent Sinaloa and the Mexican culture as Miss Mexico USA 2008. Gaxiola currently lives in Las Vegas with her family and is an accomplished professional classical ballet dancer. Not just beauty pageant, this beautiful woman has walked for major fashion houses like Roberto Cavalli and Fendi. Gaxiola is a big time foodie and loves trying out new cuisines. She abides by the motto, “Do everything you want to do in your life and enjoy it because you never know when it’s your time to go!”
