Joanna Marie Rabe is all set to return to Miss Universe Philippines stage to take care of her ‘unfinished business’, if rumors are to be believed. At Miss Universe Philippines 2021, Rabe was a part of the Top 30 delegates but unfortunately had to withdraw from the competition due to dengue fever.

Joanna Marie Rabe, this year, might be applying for Miss Universe Philippines 2022 so that she can prove her mettle. Rabe is 26 years of age and stands 174 cm tall. Joanna is half-British and half-Filipina who hails from Zambales.

A tourism graduate, social media streamer, and a self-proclaimed anime fanatic, Rabe is definitely a true essence of a beauty queen. Not new to the pageantry, in 2016, Rabe placed as the 4th Runner-up in Miss Manila. Also in the same year, she made it as one of the official candidates for Mutya Ng Pilipinas and in 2017, she became an official candidate for Miss World Philippines. She then joined Miss Universe Philippines 2021 but unfortunately could not continue her journey.

If her captions can be a hint, Joanna is ready for fresh starts this year. On her recent picture, she wrote, “2021 was more than a roller coaster ride! Thank you for the friendships, lessons, challenges, heartaches, losses, success, love, family and growth. It has been a long journey. Goodbye! Hey 2022 bet ya excited for me, I am so ready for you. This year will be for Healing, New beginning, Success and Hope!”

Miss Universe Philippines 2022, the 3rd edition of the national pageant, is all set to be held this year as applications have opened to find a new queen. The winner will succeed Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez and will represent Philippines at Miss Universe 2022.
