New Caledonia is a French territory in the Pacific and will be represented by Julia Roquigny in Miss Earth 2015. Julia was the first runner-up at the Miss Earth New Caledonia 2015 pageant. The winner of New Caledonia Gyna Moereo's decision to compete at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant didn’t go well with her supporters. Hence the changes had to be made, bringing Julia into the picture.
