LIVA Miss Diva 2021 Meet the Wildcards

The organization of LIVA Miss Diva is all set to host the 9th edition of Miss Diva, i.e., Miss Diva 2021, where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and earn their chance to represent India at Miss Universe 2021 and Miss Supranational 2022.

The organization has recently announced the shortlisted delegates who have been narrowed down to the top 19 and will be moving forward in the competition. For the 20th finalist, there is going to be one wildcard entry after which the batch of Top 20 for LIVA Miss Diva 2021 will be completed.

So without any further, let’s meet the LIVA wildcard aspirants who will compete for the last spot –

Rushali Yadav

Rushali Yadav is a 24-year-old from Ajmer. Her hobbies include creating art and practicing mindfulness as she believes in the power of the universe. She believes that truly sustainable change comes from the passion of people. Answering for why she should be the one to be voted for, she said, “To be a radiating spokesperson for a stage such as LIVA Miss Diva takes perseverance, hard work and self-confidence, qualities that I personify. LIVA Miss Diva is a stage that celebrates the totality of a woman who can bring change and make a difference, without wanting anything in return. I am that woman, who can take the legacy of this name forward.”

Vaishnavi Hodalkar

Vaishnavi Hodalkar, whose name signifies victory, is proud to represent her state Maharashtra. Born in the city of dreams, Mumbai, she grew up in Pune, learning and enjoying the cultures, traditions, and values. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration and is simultaneously pursuing her passion as a professional model. She believes, “It’s a step-by-step process in order to achieve something in life. Just stay consistent and give it your best.”

Vaishnavi also shared, “If I will be the LIVA Miss Diva 2021, I would want to make use of that attention by spreading awareness about mental health and how one can overcome it. Palomi Insan

Brought up in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 24 yrars-old Palomi Insan is a professional dancer, actor, and model. She is trained in Indian classical music and comes from a family of artists. She attends to obstacles as stepping stones on her way to success, learns from setbacks, and never stops until she achieves her goal. She is passionate, loving, and compassionate with others while making the journey lovable for everyone around.

She describes herself as a girl-next-door and not an ideal girl one would look up to. “I am one of you. I have made this very recent journey after second-guessing myself a million times and understanding how to be comfortable in my own skin,” she said. Naveli Deshmukh

Born and brought up in the historic city of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 25 years-old Naveli Deshmukh holds a bachelor’s degree in three subjects BBA, BA, and Bharatnatyam. She recently completed her MBA and firmly believes, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”

Naveli is the 1st ever brand ambassador of NSS in the country since the inception of this scheme. She has been working with the government of India to bring about awareness in the society on different social issues such as women’s empowerment, health care, Covid-19 vaccination drives, beach cleanup drives, campaigns like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, etc.

She’s a proud Indian, and in the future, she aspires towards nation-building, no matter what profession she pursues. Mariam Paul

Born in Gods own country Kerala, Mariam Paul is a 23-year-old dreamer in the pursuit of what makes her happy. She is an introverted and soft-spoken girl from a small city with big dreams. Having learnt the importance of the 3D’s: Devotion, Dedication, and Determination, she tries to apply that in everything she does. Learning from her mistakes, believing in her present decisions, and taking every opportunity to create a better future, she is constantly working towards the woman she wants to be.

Mariam shared, “Being firm believer in the importance of grabbing every opportunity that comes your way, I believe that Miss Diva is an amazing platform that is going to open up windows of opportunities for me. I strongly believe this journey is going to take me to beautiful people, beautiful places and teach me lessons that are going to stick with me forever. Only one of them can make it to the Top 20, and the power to choose lies with the audience. The 20 finalists will be part of the contest's boot-camp and will compete in the final event to be held in Mumbai in the first week of October. The winners will succeed Miss Universe India 2020 and Miss Universe 2020 third runner-up Adline Castelino, Miss Supranational India 2020, Aavriti Choudhary, and runner-up Neha Jaiswal at the end of the event.
