After the crowning of Miss Belgium, the second important pageant that has taken place in Belgium and will be sending out contestants to international pageants is, Miss Exclusive. The winner of Miss Exclusive, every year, is sent to the Miss Earth pageant. However, this year, the winner won’t be going to the Miss Earth pageant, as she had already represented Belgium at the international pageant last year. In such a case, the runner-up will be sent to represent Belgium at the Miss Earth pageant.
On Saturday 27th January 2018, Lauralyn Vermeersch was crowned as Miss Exclusive 2018. Her runner-up was Mayke Aendekerk. As Lauralyn Vermeersch had already represented Belgium at the Miss Earth competition in 2017, Mayke Aendekerk was crowned Miss Earth Belgium 2018.

8 years ago Miss Exclusive was organized for the very first time by Ken Stevens. 8 years later, Miss Exclusive is resolutely at the top of the Belgian miss world. 2013 & 2014 were already top years for the Miss Exclusive election with as icing on the cake a live broadcast final show on LIFE TV & JUST TV. This proves in advance that Miss Exclusive is the largest national Miss election in the country.
In 2014, the final show was produced by a professional team that is known for its fantastic work nationally and internationally. The final show of 2014 was warmly welcomed by the audience, the viewers at home and of course the national press. In 2016 the Miss Exclusive election signed her television contract with media partner Stories TV. The big live show was broadcast live on channel 40 (Telenet) on November 19, 2016 where Miss Exclusive 2017 was chosen.
The big final show of this year took place on 27 January 2018 live from the casino of Knokke and for everyone to admire via Stories TV and Facebook.
Miss Exclusive goes home with the largest prize package in the Belgian Miss world. An incredible adventure in which glitter & glamor is central, in which Miss Exclusive will build connections for her later career and mainly a learning school to break through at national and international level.
