We now have a new name in the list of Miss Earth 2015 contestants. Cyprus has announced its representative for the year 2015, who will compete at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant. Marcella Marina Constantinou has been crowned as the Miss Earth Cyprus 2015.

Cyprus has re-entered at the Miss Earth pageant, after having been absent for over 10 years. We must say, what a comeback. The last time Cyprus represented at Miss Earth was in the year 2003, which was the third edition of the Miss Earth pageant.

Miss Earth is the youngest among the Big4  globally recognised foremost beauty pageants in the world. For the past 14 years, Miss Earth established itself as a pageant, advocating for the restoration and preservation of the environment.

It is considered as the most thriving beauty pageant founded in 2000s. In a short period of time, Miss Earth is already at par with its older pageant counterparts, when it comes to recognition, number of national pageants, quality of the candidates and relevance.

15 days to go before the start of Miss Earth 2015 preliminary activities, and 95 entrants from all over the world are competing to become the next ambassador to promote environmental awareness. It is the only major global beauty pageant that endorses care and preservation for the planets environment and ecology.
