CEO of Miss Universe Vietnam, Ms. Ngo Na, has announced a pivotal change in age eligibility, expanding participation from 18 to 33 years old, aligning with global trends in celebrating diverse stages of womanhood. However, in compliance with national regulations set by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, married women, mothers, and transgender individuals are not eligible to compete.
