Yuridia Durán of Yucatan crowned Mexicana Internacional 2020 aka Miss International Mexico 2020

At the conclusion of the grand coronation night of Mexicana Universal 2019 held on 23rd June 2019 at Ciudad de Mexico, Yuridia Durán of Yucatan crowned Mexicana Internacional 2020 as she became the official representative of Mexico in Miss International 2020. The newly crowned queen was crowned by none other than the reigning Miss International Mariem Claret Velazco of Venezuela.

Yuridia surpassed all the tests and challenges of the competition to take home one of the three crowns awarded at the coronation night. She is 20 years of age and holds a license as a Dentist Surgeon. She is also not new to the pageantry as she holds the title of Reina Nayarit Fair 2018 and Nuestra Belleza Ahuacatlán 2017. The representative of Nayarit made everyone proud with her exceedingly well performance.

Marissa Navarro of Chihuahua was adjudged as her runner-up at the competition. The contest was held under the leadership and authority of Mexicana Universal Organization’s President Lupita Jones, former Miss Universe. Miss International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco was present at the coronation night and inspired the contestants with her constant advice and charm.

At the grand coronation night, Sofía Aragón of Jalisco was crowned Mexicana Universal 2019 aka Miss Universe Mexico 2019. Her court included - 1st Runner-Up is Claudia Lozano Domínguez of Nuevo León, 2nd Runner-Up is Maru Nava of Yucatán, 3rd Runner-Up       is Ángela Delgado of Colima, 4th Runner-Up is Cintya Avendaño of Oaxaca, 5th Runner-Up is Ximena Torres of Chiapas. Regina Peredo of Puebla was crowned Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2019 aka Reina Hispanoamericana Mexico 2019. Luz Ávila of Nayarit was adjudged as her runner-up.
