Mallory Hagan once again stumps everyone in her true feminist style!

05 Jan 2018 | Camilla Suarez

Just recently Miss America 2013 Mallory Hagan’s name surfaced in many daily headlines because of the expletive-ridden emails exchanged between former CEO of Miss America organization, Sam Haskell and other top management. These emails painted a disturbing picture of how CEO Sam Haskell frequently used shocking and sexually-charged terms to refer to contestants, including Mallory Hagan and Gretchen Carlson, the ex-Fox News anchor who won the pageant in 1989.

From fat-shaming Miss America 2013 Mallory Hagan and also commenting on her sex life, to calling the winners a “pile of malcontents and ‘has beens’ who blame the program for not getting them where they think they can go,” sadly, Mallary was derogated in every way possible.

But what’s so lovely about this young independent woman is how she stood with her head held high and gave a befitting reply to each and every one who slighted her. Not just was she outspoken during the whole debacle but didn’t fail to conduct herself with paramount grace and dignity.

Mallory Hagan once again stumps everyone in her true feminist style!

She is a proud beauty queen who holds her winning title as a reminder of how in life she has struggled and worked hard to achieve where she is right now. Quiet active on her twitter handle, when asked by someone on “What can professional women hope to gain from a 'beauty pageant'?”, this beautiful queen had an apt answer to this question -

Wow! Now that’s called stating the facts as they are. Mallory indeed believes in talking straight and proving what’s right is right.

Mallory is an American actress, model and a TV host. She works with WLTZ-TV in Columbus, Georgia as a morning news reporter.

Many beauty queens re-tweeted this post after it surfaced including Miss District of Columbia USA 2018 Bryce Armstrong, Miss Arizona Teen USA 2018 Macy Deak, Miss Missouri Teen USA 2018 Chloe Bartlett, Miss Georgia USA 2017 DeAnna Johnson, Miss New Jersey USA 2018 Alexa Noone empowering Mallory to continue the good work.

What’s amazing is how Mallory has stood her ground regarding her feminist roots and always talked about emancipating women in the men domineering world. And we hope that she continues being the flag bearer of such good deeds.
