Maria Felix will be representing the Dominican Republic at Miss Asia Pacific International 2020 as she was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International Dominican Republic 2020 on 14th November 2020. The announcement was made on their official social media account and Maria Felix is very excited to take over the crown duties as Miss Asia Pacific Dominican Republic 2020.
After being crowned as the new queen, Maria took to her social media to thank everyone who had helped her stay motivated and boosted her morals up during the competition. She mentioned, “I want to start this post saying a phrase that took me a little time to understand but I finally learned it, and it is "God's timing is perfect." It has been a year of growth in my life in general, which I have learned a lot about myself and the woman I want to be in the future. I have learned, I have matured and I have understood that for this date it was that God had in my book that it was my moment to shine, for the dream to really begin. Here I officially present myself as your new Miss Asia Pacific International Dominican Republic 2020.”
Along with Maria Felix being crowned as Miss Asia Pacific Dominican Republic 2020, Eoanna Constanza was crowned Miss Supranational Dominican Republic 2020, and Lady Leon was crowned as Miss Grand Dominican Republic 2020.
The diva is strong, confident, and determined to perform her best at the pageant and make the people of Dominican Republic proud and happy. She explained that being a representative of the country doesn’t just mean that she is representing the country at international pageant but it means that she has a purpose to serve and use the platform to make a positive impact in the society. She mentioned, “I will work hard, and I will surrender every part of me to leave my people, my country where it deserves it, in the highest place.”
Maria explained that she is grateful for the opportunities she has received till now that has helped her to stay focused, work on herself, determined towards being the best version of herself. She is beautiful and confident and could be a strong contender for the title.
