At the grand coronation night of Miss Asia Pacific International New Zealand 2019 held on 29th June 2019, Chelsea Martin was crowned the new queen and won the right to represent New Zealand in Miss Asia Pacific International 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 Brooke Rachel Houia.

The gorgeous beauty gave an exemplary performance at the coronation night and impressed everyone with her performance. On winning the national crown, she took to her official social media to express her emotions in a post captioned, “Congratulations to all my sisters who travelled through this journey with me. What a show we put on tonight! Words cannot express how honoured I am to receive this title. I now welcome the next few months of hard work.”

The newly crowned queen’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Hubaan Saher

 2nd Runner-up – Jonah Asi

Twelve contestants competed for the national title and gave their best performances. Rovelyn Milford won the awards of Best in Swimsuit and Most Photogenic at the final night. Karla Yparraguirre and Tamihana Brown both won the Miss Mia Belle contest.
