Yvonne Catamco was crowned Miss Bacolod MassKara 2023 at the finale night held at the University of Saint La Salle (USLS) Coliseum in Bacolod City on 16th October 2023. As the official titleholder, Yvonne was awarded a plaque, and a cash prize of P150,000.

Yvonne bested fourteen other delegates to win the national crown. Also at the coronation night, Yvonne won Best in Swimwear and received corporate awards Miss Northwest Inn, Miss DITO Telecommunity, Miss Megaworld, and Miss Air Asia.

The newly crowned Miss Bacolod MassKara 2023 Yvonne Catamco’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Tracy Mae Sunio

2nd Runner-up – Elli Rose Elola

They received P100,000 and P50,000, a bouquet of flowers, and a plaque, respectively.

The contestants who also competed for Miss Bacolod MassKara 2023 were Georgette Ysabelle Millan, Therese Pira-an, Geralyn Joy Basto, Jada Biaxyl Celeste, Janine Cabrillos, Cailah Jhane Delarma, Rose Mariel Sansing, Kyle Santillan, Maria Ericka Panganiban, and Crizwin Claire Española.

The panel of jury also consisted of Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2009 Bianca Manalo, Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Margarita Guiterrez, Harold Geronimo, Lovelyn Segovia, Ricky Isla, Jonathan Lochbaum, Avel Bacudio and Keren Pascual.
