Miss Bahamas 2018 is all set to organize its grand finale on 27th May 2018 at Imperial Ballroom – Atlantis in Paradise Island. 10 contestants will be competing for the national crown where Geena Thompson will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The winner of Miss World Bahamas 2018 will represent the Bahamas at Miss World 2018 where Manushi Chhillar will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Miss World Crystal Cay 2018 Alexis Sawyer is the official representative of Crystal Cay at Miss Bahamas 2018. The 19-year-old transitioned from being a tomboy in her childhood to this beautiful young woman who can represent her country at Miss World stage.

As Miss World Crystal Cay, Alexis has also started a fundraising project for the people who suffer from mental illnesses in her community. Being very close to this project, Alexis has had family members go through the same when she was young and wishes to bring a change for people who suffer from it.

Making a change through her advocacy for the national competition, it seems like Alexis has already begun her work and paved a path towards the national crown. Even at the Preliminary events which started just days ago, Alexis has been performing well with dedication and sincerity.

Alexis is also not only working towards better health conditions for the mentally ill patients she has also made sure that the whole community makes a generous donation for the same.
