Miss Brasil Beleza Internacional organization held the coronation ceremony on 3rd September 2021, broadcasted on the official YouTube channel where the official representative to represent Brazil at the upcoming edition of Miss International was crowned. Isabella Oliveira was crowned Miss Brasil Beleza Internacional 2021 at the event.

Isabella took to her official social media to reveal her emotions after her coronation in a post captioned, "Gratitude! It's the word that defines this moment! Gratitude to God, my family, the coordination of Miss Brasil Beleza international and everyone who supported me and dreamed with me. Many thanks to my city coordinator and stylist for this amazing dress.Thank you very much @brancolopeswho made the impeccable embroidery of the dress and the typical divine costume. Isabella also thanked her family for helping her at all times. She also expressed gratitude to the official Miss Brasil organization for helping her at all times. Miss International 2022, the 60th edition of the Miss International pageant, was initially scheduled to be held in 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it moved at least twice; first in 2021 and later to 2022. Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
