Veronica Stefanova adds glamour to the Russian Ball

The traditional Russian Ball, organized by Lord Evgeni Minchev, gathered the Bulgarian secular and business elite at of one of the most iconic addresses in the capital, namely "The House with the Clock." The beautifully decorated halls welcomed the guests with a well-made Russian vodka rifle, and a gypsy orchestra supplemented the rustle of silk and taffeta.

Among the first guests were businessmen Ivana Skenderova, Slavka Karavelova, Kapka Amzina, Renata Chaparoska, Teodora Gilkova, Maria Teofilova and Silvia Schonlebe.

A top notary, Milena Georgieva, who showed great diligence over the dress code, passed by the red carpet. The exquisite Versailles collection of the designer Polia Kinova, the exquisite lady was also part of the elite crowd.

But the one who really took everyone’s breath away was Miss Bulgaria World 2017 Veronica Stefanova. The beauty queen was dressed in a black lace gown. With her sash and her humongous tiara, Veronica stood out of the crowd.

 

 

Armenia's magnificent singer, Arthur Nadosian, performed a collection of Russian songs, and the Bulgarian singer, Christiana Dunkova, was nominated for the upcoming National Singer of the Year competition. She performed several Russian songs during which the guests indulged in dancing.

The Pirin Folklorian Laureate Antonio Simeonov performed several folk songs as he invited masses to the dance floor. The Macedonian singer Darko Relukoski spontaneously joined the programme.

The Russian Ball raised funds for another charity event - the British Bulgarian Business Ball in London in October. Most of the ladies present wore their most expensive diamonds, but the one with the tiara, Miss Bulgaria World 2017 Veronica Stefanova received the most stolen glances. The date of the Russian ball was deliberately set to coincide with that of the first Russian monarch of the Romanov dynasty.

During the charity auction, Princess Olga Romanov's book about her ancestors’, and her life was also sold. Politician Antonyia Parvanova, financier Kolyo Paramov with his wife Vyara, businessmen Elena Cristiano, Anelia Petkova, notary Vesela Ivcheva, lawyer Stoyan Stoykov, top dentist Dr. Smilen Smilov, all generously participated in the charity lottery and auction.

The editor-in-chief of the LifeOnline.bg website - Elsa Parini, dressed in an elegant evening dress with a high slit and heels, presented the host and organizer Lord Evgeni Minchev.
