The finale of the 2024 edition of Miss Cebu was held on 17th January 2024 at The Grand Ballroom of Waterfront Hotel and Casino. The organization aims to crown ambassadors that would promote Cebu's tourism, culture, and values.

At the end of the event finale, Zoe Cameron was crowned Miss Cebu 2024 as she bested eleven other contestants to win the coveted title. At the finale, during the Q/A round, Zoe advocated for media literacy. As the winner of Miss Cebu 2024, she would use the platform to teach the youth to think critically.

The newly crowned Miss Cebu 2024 Zoe Cameron’s court included –

1st Runner Up – Joelle Devine Uy

2nd Runner Up – Danielle McKaye Dela Cruz

3rd Runner Up – Angel Jane Ruiz

4th Runner Up – Shaina Michelle Reyes

Also at the finale, a number of special awards were also presented at the finale night; Miss Friendship by Waterfront was awarded to Shaina Michelle Reyes; Miss Photogenic by Macys was awarded to Christine Kate Lavajo; The Remedios Duterte Delmar Heritage Award by Acebedo Optical, Miss Oro Galleria, Miss Charity Bingo Plus and MyTV Cebu Candidate were awarded to Zoe Cameron; The Remedios Duterte Delmar Carnival Queen Best Designer Award was awarded to Zoe Cameron and Leila Alexis Mah; Best in Cebu Wear went to Danielle Mckaye Dela Cruz; Best in Cebu Wear Designer went to Mike Yap Ching worn by Angela Kristiana Mckinney; Best in Evening Gown went to Joelle Debine Dequito Uy and Best in Evening Gown Designer was awarded to June Escario, worn by Joelle Debune Dequito Uy.
