The official Press Conference for Miss Charm 2023 was held on 17th November 2022 at the Lotte Hotel, Saigon in Vietnam where the organizers of the competition announced the finale date and venue as well as the updates of the competition.

The delegates of a number of participating countries from Asia such as Myanmar, Pakistan, Malaysia, Cambodia, the Republic Korea, Thailand, and Singapore also attended the press conference.

The panel of jury who will judge the Miss Charm 2023 competition include Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005, Mireia Lalaguna, Miss World 2015, Ikumi Yoshimatsu, Miss International 2012, and Mimi Morris, a billionaire of Vietnamese descent.

The first ever Miss Charm international beauty contest will be held in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) from 3rd to 17th February 2023. The contest, which was originally scheduled to debut in 2019 but was postponed twice due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, is expected to see delegates from around 40 to 50 countries and territories from around the world.
