The organization of Miss Charm is all set to host the inaugural edition, i.e., Miss Charm 2021 on 11th October 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where delegates from all over the world will compete for the crown. The beauty pageant aims to search for the most exceptional female representatives from different countries all around the world, to appreciate their beauty as well as their cultural and educational backgrounds.

Mimi Aluong Bulkoch is going to represent South Sudan in the inaugural edition of Miss Charm in Vietnam. Mimi is 27-years-old and stands 176 cm tall. She is a professional model and a software account manager who is excited to represent South Sudan at Miss Charm 2021.

The diva had explained that she had spent her favorite years in a refugee camp in Kenya after which the family decided to settle down in Melbourne. She is not new to the world of beauty pageants as she was a part of Miss Universe Australia 2020 where she was placed in the Top 10 at the end of the event's finale.

Because she has been through a lot herself, the diva is very passionate about women's and refugees' rights, and she wants to use her experience and learnings to help as many people as she can. Mimi has faced racism firsthand and wants to bring attention to that as well. She spoke about her experience when George Floyd was murdered by a white policeman and a lot of people across the world supported her.

Mimi’s fashion preferences are simple yet elegant. She is very confident in the way she carries herself. She is a strong, impactful, and powerful young woman who aspires to make her country proud in the inaugural edition of Miss Charm and has started to prepare for the competition. She is excited and feels representing South Sudan at the international competition is a great honor and responsibility for her. She thanked the Miss Charm organization for believing in her and thinking of her as someone who could represent the country in an international competition.

Mimi believes that being a beauty queen is not as easy as people think, but there is a lot of hard work and dedication that goes into preparing for the pageant, especially now that beauty pageants are about more than just looking good on stage, but also what is going on inside and around the country. The beauty queen encourages women all around the world to stay focused and dedicated to their dreams and not worry about society. In one of her social media posts, she mentioned, "As we’re liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others. So go ahead and unapologetically shine angels."

After her stint at Miss Universe Australia 2020, Mimi took to her social media to share the overwhelming emotions she had, "Being selected as a state finalist in a ‘pageant’ may not seem like an achievement for some people, but coming from a girl who was born in a war zone, learned to walk & talk in a refugee camp, struggled through identity and belonging in Australia, but stands before you today as a confident and empowered South Sudanese Australian, Software Account Manager for a Dutch IT company, I am proud and honored to have been considered." She is grateful for the opportunities and feels that every experience she has helped her to shape herself confidently and strongly which will help her at Miss Charm 2021.

With her positive and confident attitude, Mimi Bulkoch could emerge as a strong contender for the title of Miss Charm 2021.

Congratulations!
