The finalists of Miss Cook Islands 2017 radiate colorful vibes at Carnival Night

The prestigious Miss Cook Islands 2017 is all set for the finale on 29th July 2017. A total of 10 contestants are vying for the title this year. They all have been busy in several activities whilst getting ready for the finals. Recently, the delegates walked the ramp to celebrate the spirit of carnivals and made an impression in lively attires.

Miss Cook Islands 2017 contestants were dressed up in sequins and bling in a carnival themed fundraiser event leading to the finale. They all looked excited and ready to showcase the unmatched. The contestants started off the show with a group dance to J-Lo’s song “Let’s Get Loud”, followed by the Miss Cook Islands anthem “Maine Purotu Manava” sung by local singer, Mere Darling.

The show continued with two fantasy collections of costumes exhibiting vivid colour hues, style and glamour. The highlight of the night was the exotic head pieces designed & created by local costume designers, which instantly revivified up the mood of the event.

The audiences were all amazed with the bright costumes worn by the finalists. With that, the global audience posted streams of supporting posts to the ten Miss Cook Islands contestants, and all look forward to the approaching competitions such as:

 1st Competition Event – National Auditorium – 22 July;

2nd Competition Event – Islander Hotel – 23 July;

3rd Competition Event Finale & Coronation at National Auditorium - 29 July 2017.

The first competition night is on 22nd July 2017 at the National Auditorium where the ten stunning contestants will compete in the following categories: - Swimwear, Pareu, Talent and Rakei Wearable Art. It will surely be a treat to watch the contestants in the best they possess!
