Shelby Ann Howell of USA was crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2023 at the finale of the international pageant held on 29th November 2023 at The St. Regis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss CosmoWorld 2022 Meiji Aculana Cruz of Philippines.

Shelby Howell is 23 years of age and a real estate agent by profession. She bested 20 other contestants to win the international crown. Miss CosmoWorld also bagged the Miss Photogenic award at the finale and won a cash prize of $100,000.

The newly crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2023 Shelby Howell’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Elda Louise Aznar representing Philippines

2nd Runner-up – Maryna Karpeka representing Ukraine

Gianna Llanes representing Canada and Sandra Boris representing Lithuania rounded up the Top 5.

Also at the finale, Kim Da Hye of Korea won Miss Congeniality, Linda Loya Angelei of Kenya won Miss Courageous, Claudia of Myanmar won Miss Popularity, Elda Louise Aznar of Philippines won Miss Healthy, Miss Glamorous, Miss Personality and Best in National Costume, and Paula of Poland won Miss Best Creativity.
