Angelia has been busy with her duties and responsibilities as the reigning Miss Earth. Recently, the beauty queen hosted the Opening Ceremony of Asia Pacific Forestry Week 2016 organized by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and Asia Pacific Forestry Commission.

The Asia Pacific Forestry Week is an event organised in collaboration with United Nations and Food and Agriculture Organisation to promote sustainable forest management decorum in Asia and the Pacific. The event was a successful one, with a good number of people attending it. The APFW is one of the largest and most important forestry gatherings in the Asia-Pacific region of 2016. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources of Philippines co hosted the event with support from government, civil society, research and capacity building organizations, private sector entities, project and programme agencies, etc.

The reigning Miss Earth, Angelia Ong from Philippines was at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila taping for ABS-CBN magazine show Rated K. The queen has been living most of her moment at the present. She has joined many significant events. Prior to joining Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila taping for ABS-CBN magazine show “Rated K”, Angelia was found shooting for The Cream Factory Philippines which has initiated the campaign of “Bath Revolution”. Angelia Ong is supporting the campaign of “Bath Revolution” on her social media handle. The beauty queen was crowned Miss Earth 2015 at the finals held on December 4’ 2015. Angelia’s crowning marked a back to back victory for Philippines at the pageant.
